What is the cost of custom cookies?
Cookies range in price based on complexity of design, and start at $60 per dozen. There is a two dozen minimum per custom order. Pricing is prorated for any number of cookies above the first two dozen.

How many designs and colors can I choose?
Two dozen cookies includes six different designs, and up to four (non-metallic) colors, plus white. Extra designs and/or colors are priced separately. There is a surcharge of up to $6 per dozen for metallic colors. Pricing depends on how the metallic is used in the order.

Can cookies be wrapped individually?
All cookies are individually wrapped and sealed in cello bags. A ribbon tie can be added upon request for an additional $6 per dozen bags.

How long do cookies stay fresh?
The cello bags are heat sealed, so the bag is airtight and the cookies retain their soft texture and fresh taste. Cookies will last this way for about a week.

How much advance time is needed to place an order?
My schedule for custom cookies can fill up several weeks in advance, so it is best to reach out as soon as you know that you will want to place an order. Occasionally, I can fit in an additional order depending on the details, so please feel free to reach out even if you think it is on short notice. It never hurts to ask! 😊

Please note that, due to graduations, May and June are my busiest months of the year. If you might want to place an order for those months, it is best to let me know early.

When is payment due?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a place for your order on my calendar. Balance is due at the completion of the order.

What if I need to make a change to my order?
Changes to designs and/or colors can be made up until two weeks prior to the due date of the order. If my schedule allows for additional cookies, you may also add to your order up until two weeks prior to the due date of the order.

Do you offer shipping?
I offer shipping within the US on decorated cookies only, and not for other types of baked goods. Shipping/handling rates start at $20 and are based on the size of the order and the recipient’s location. Rachel’s Catering & Baked Goods is not responsible for post office shipping delays.

Can cookies be made gluten-free?
Gluten-free cookies are available at a $10 surcharge per two dozen order. Please note that all equipment used in gluten-free cookie preparation is also used for products that are not gluten-free.
